When you are ready to proceed, let Thrall know. Follow Thrall out of Durnholde Keep and help him free Taretha and fulfill his destiny.
Speak with Erozion in Old Hillsbrad should you complete this task.

After starting this quest, talk to Thrall to get the escort stage started. You will follow Thrall, battling whatever crosses his path, until you reach Tarren Mill. Inside the Tarren Mill inn, you will find Taretha, imprisoned, at which point Epoch Hunter will appear outside. Follow Thrall back out and engage Epoch Hunter. If Thrall dies, it's game over.
