Notes

Once you head up the path from the Twilight Gate, Mathias can be found stealthed and standing beneath a tower to the left. Upon seeing players, he says:

<Name>, over here. What do you have to report? Were you followed?
We need to figure out everything there is to know about Cho'gall's mystery weapon before it's too late.

It is recommended that players complete Help from the Earthcaller after this quest and then accept the follow-up, Unbinding. Unbinding requires players to slay elementals throughout the Citadel area, mobs players will encounter while doing the other quests for Mathias.
