Ajay Green the innkeeper in the Dalaran sewers needs a vegetable stew for his customers as they are running low on food down there.
Collect 4 Crystalsong Carrots from the Crystalsong Forest and cook them together with 4 Chilled Meat.
You can get to the Crystalsong Forest from the portal chamber in the eastern corner of Runeweaver Square.
Once the vegetable stew is ready, bring it to Ajay.

Crystalsong Carrots can most easily be found near the Forlorn Woods, and directly across the river from there. For users using an addon that displays map coordinates, the carrots can be found around 28,40.
