One by one, we're gonna have to pull our siege tanks outta the muck. Take these 'ere spare parts you've collected and give 'em to a siege tank commander who's standing on top of a gimped-up machine.
Then defend the tank while engineers de-gimpify it.

- The tanks and commanders can be found in an area[71.6, 70.8] very near the quest giver. The commanders are all atop the tanks.
- Once you talk with the commander, a few waves of Axebite Grunts will attack. These mobs have minimal health and can be defeated rather easily.
