Quest text[]
A group of warlocks has taken up residence around and inside the tower. I would have returned to Auberdine to report to Elissa earlier, but I was afraid that I might miss something while I was away.
Delgren suspected such a company might be gathering at the tower, but did not know why.
A few scraps of parchment that the warlocks carry have found their way to my hands, but I need more to complete the puzzle. I warn you not to venture into the tower, however, the warlocks there are much more powerful!

Hmm... the Cult of the Dark Strand... I have never heard of this group before. Having no knowledge of their history, it is all but impossible to say what their plans must be.

The people you need to kill for the parchments are not the warlocks in the tower, they are the Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Factiongfx/faction_tip_link.json' not found. Dark Strand Fanatics outside in the camps.
