The Trial of Heart is part of a short chain of quests, the culmination of which sees Yrel rise to the rank of Exarch among the Council of Exarchs. Completion of the entire quest chain earns the player one of the criteria needed for

Description[]
The Trial of Heart is a test of your willingness to persevere in the face of great adversity.
Far to the west, there is a Rangari outpost at Cerulean Lagoon.
They have sent a request for help. Some sort of infection is making everyone in the area sick. They desperately need aid.
Go and seek out the Rangari stationed there. Help them find the cause of this terrible ailment.
Completion[]
News of your deeds precedes you. Rangari Saardar already sent word of your excellent work.
