Keepers of Time[]
When you open the prison ball up, it's possable that the prisoner will be a Rescued Keepers of Time Custodian, and grant an instant 500 KoT rep, but will give no I.D. card. "The Keepers of Time thank you for your assistance. The Timeless One shall be pleased with this outcome..."
