Ragglesnout is a level 37 elite (lowered from 40 elite in Patch 2.3) rare mob quilboar in the Razorfen Downs instance. If he appears, he can be found in the Spiral of Thorns just after Glutton. The creature appears not to have succumbed to the seductions of undeath, unlike most of his people. It is speculated that he is a holdout who has gone mad as a result of the evil wrought upon his fellow quillboar. As a result, he is hostile to all intruders to his desecrated homeland, and must be put down.
