Rally Zapnabber is a gnome at Toshley's Station in Blade's Edge Mountains, who lets Alliance players test out Tally Zapnabber's Zephyrium Capacitorium. He is one of Tally's clones, called "twins", the other being O'Mally Zapnabber in Evergrove.

Rally, along with other members of Razak's Roughriders have made a small engineering workshop in Boralus Harbor.
