The Rangari, or "Eyes of the Prophet", are a sub-faction of Draenei introduced in Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Inlinegfx/img_link_data.json' not found. Warlords of Draenor. They are led by Exarch Naielle and are based out of the Rangari Enclave in Elodor, Shadowmoon Valley. The Rangari act as scouts and information-gatherers throughout Draenor and report to Velen. As such, the Rangari fall under the governance of the Council of Exarchs.
