A Ranger General is someone that commands a high elf (or blood elf) or night elf convoy or during her time of being Ranger General of Silvermoon City]]an army, that defends their homeland and their kind from conquerors and mischief. The Ranger General is second in command in his or her country, the first in command is the ruler, like Anasterian Sunstrider, and Sylvanas Windrunner was his Ranger General.
