Rumsey Rum Black Label can be fished from Floating Wreckage and fishing pools. It can also be purchased at the inn in Southshore and in Old Hillsbrad Foothills. (Note that this is not Alliance only.)

The easiest way to obtain this item is to go into the Old Hillsbrad Foothills in the Caverns of Time, and to travel to Southshore where Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Factiongfx/faction_tip_link.json' not found. Barkeep Kelly <Bartender> has an infinite supply of the good stuff, for 2
a pop. Alternatively, the rum can be fished in Stranglethorn Vale, Dustwallow Marsh, Tanaris, Un'Goro Crater, Alterac Mountains, Azshara and Feralas (21).
