Magistrate Rutherford Burnside
[36.5, 58]was a level 30 human found near the Alliance settlement of Hillsbrad in the Hillsbrad Foothills. Prior to the Cataclysm, Burnside served as leader of the settlement.
High Executor Darthalia wanted Burnside killed in order to disrupt Stormwind's influence in the region.
During the destruction wrought by Deathwing, Burnside was killed and arose as a member of the Undead.
He may be related to the bankers in Stormwind.
Abilities[]

[Fireball]ω ϖ—Inflicts Fire damage to an enemy.
[Inferno Shell]ω ϖ—Inflicts 147 to 177 Fire damage to nearby enemies, and encases the caster in a shield of flame that lasts 10 sec. and burns melee attackers for an additional 50 damage.
