Sayoc is a level 50 weapon master located in the Valley of Honor in the orcish city of Orgrimmar.
Prior to patch 4.0.1, this NPC taught the skill to wield Bows, Thrown Weapons, Daggers, Fist Weapons, One-handed axes, and Two-handed axes.
