Arena Season 10 began on July 5-6, 2011[1] and was announced on November 9 to end as early as November 15,[2] but later revised to November 29.[3] It was announced to begin June 28-29, 2011, but was delayed until July.[4] Several mistakes were made by Blizzard during the transition from Season 9 to Season 10 that include mistimed point capping and item availability.[5]

Around 50% of the intended recipients did not receive the 4000 honor that they should have with today’s maintenance. We’re in the process of scheduling an off-peak maintenance early tomorrow morning to correct that and deliver the remaining compensation packages. Sorry for the hiccup, we’ll get them to you soon.
