Serpent's Overlook is a mountain-top shrine located in The Jade Forest, Southwest of Serpent's Heart and North of Nectarbreeze Orchard.
Prior to a player unlocking Pandaria flight, the shrine can be accessed during the quest Last Piece of the Puzzle, which is offered by Lorewalker Cho in the Pearlfin Village. Players can reach the overlook via flight path thereafter as long as they speak with the flight master up top before leaving the mountain.
