Shadow Dance is a rogue ability learned at level 80 for those with the Subtlety specialization. It removes the [stealth] requirement for all rogue abilities tied to stealth while also reducing the energy cost of [Ambush].

Patch changes

• Patch 3.2.0 (04-Aug-2009): Cooldown reduced to 1 minute. Now lasts 6 seconds, down from 10 seconds.
  
• Patch 3.1.2 (2009-05-19): Issues with action bars and ability use arising from using Stealth while Shadow Dance is active have been fixed.
  
• Patch 3.1.0 (14-Apr-2009): Now opens a new action bar when used.
  
• Patch 3.0.3 (04-Nov-2008): The cooldowns on Sap, Garrote, Ambush, Cheap Shot, Premeditation, Pickpocket, and Disarm Trap are no longer increased while this ability is activated.
