Shadow Grave

Shadow Grave is a crypt that lies at the top of a slope along the Tirisfal Glades mountains, just above the Forsaken village of Deathknell. A path runs down from Shadow Grave to Deathknell.

It is this crypt in which every undead player character "comes back to life" after character creation, and can receive the starting quest from Undertaker Mordo.

Cataclysm

This section concerns content exclusive to Cataclysm.

Where Undertaker Mordo once woke players from their eternal rest, Agatha, a val'kyr, now does outside the crypt. Mordo is now also outside assisting and giving newly risen undead orders, at least those willing to join the Forsaken.
