Shrine of Scales

The Shrine of Scales is a naga shrine, dedicated to Queen Azshara, found on Riplash Strand in the Borean Tundra.

It currently has been overrun by invading Kvaldir killing or enslaving most of the naga within. Veehja is the only known survivor.
