[41.5, 72]is a village located above Snowblind Terrace and to the west of Brunnhildar Village in the southern area of the Storm Peaks.
It is inhabited by female vrykul, known as the Hyldnir, who have attacked K3 and imprisoned many of the males there.
You will not receive the Lok'Lira's Bargain buff in this zone, even if you have completed the required quests.
