The Slingtail tribe, also known as Slingtail Hozen, is a tribe of Forest Hozen that live in the Slingtail Pits, Jade Forest. Led by Chief Gukgut, the Slingtail tribe pledge their allegiance to the Horde and were responsible in taking prisoners from Pearlfin Village and the Wreck of the Vanguard. After the Jinyu and the Alliance were able to retake the Pits and slay Gukgut, all the remaining Slingtail Hozen were forced to retreat and regroup with the other Hozen in Grookin Hill.
