Soul Fonts can be found in the spirit world of the Altar of Quetz'lun in Zul'Drak. Surrounding the fonts are void zones.
In the quest 
[77] Foundation for Revenge, Quetz'lun's spirit demands that you slay a dozen of her former worshipers near these fonts, putting a final end to their existences.
