The Staff Head of Atiesh is the last and most powerful portion of [Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian]. It is currently in the hands of the lich Kel'Thuzad, the final boss of the necropolis of Naxxramas. The Staff Head of Atiesh can only be obtained if one has completed the [Frame of Atiesh], and has the quest from the dragon Anachronos to find the base and the head. Because Kel'Thuzad is said to be far more difficult than C'Thun in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, who drops the base, the head is the hardest portion to obtain after creating the frame.
