Sunreaver Dragonhawk is sold by the Argent Tournament vendor Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Factiongfx/faction_tip_link.json' not found. Vasarin Redmorn <Sunreaver Quartermaster> in Icecrown for 150 
. It is only available to players who are exalted with the Sunreavers.

As only Horde players can become exalted with the Sunreavers, this is correspondingly a Horde-only mount. The Alliance equivalent is the Silver Covenant Hippogryph mount.
