Whassa coefficient?[]
I kind of get the idea you're going for here, but you might want to explain a bit more... Right now, it's just lists of apparently random percentages and abilities... The first paragraph from the page you linked from the death knigget thing could work if reworded some; "Abilities that are not based on weapon damage generate a base amount of damage plus a percentage of the attack power.", or something like that.
