Fighting Back?[]
I've seen that some critters (crabs and frogs) actually fight back if hit with a weak enough attack, whereas others run away. Can anyone else confirm this? -Archaeic 14:58, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Frogs[]

Those are all toads.
Updates and changes[]
OK, I've made several changes to this article, as frankly, it was a bit neglected.
1. All references to ambient fish removed. They aren't critters. They don't even fit the description of critters in the first section of the page. Having them in, then explaining how they aren't like critters anyway (which is what it used to say), is confusing and pointless. You may as well have the ambient 'birds' overhead listed, otherwise.
2. Glyx Brewright removed from list. Being a 'critter' in the game is clearly a bug/oversight on Blizzard's part. Why does anyone reading the Wiki need to know that? Too much info surely?
3. Pigs and Bats totally rejigged. Bats aren't critters in the game AFAIK, and Pigs are only critters in WC3. They are only companions/polymorphs in WoW. I think the distinction needed to be made as this is the Critters page, companions should be thought of seperatly.
4. Added several locations and clarifications to quite a few of the critters.
