Northgate Rebellion[]

- There seems to be an isolationist-non isolationist conflict followed by a worgen cursed Gilnean-human Gilnean conflict. The two events may bleed into each other, but if they do not, I am unsure which one was the civil war mentioned on the official Gilneas preview. - I believe the Isolationist/or not and the cursed/or not conflicts are the same conflict.

- It sounds like to me their two completly different conflicts. And the Northgate rebellion was a isolationist conflict which was over before the first quest in Gilneas. And the siege of Gilneas happens after the Northgate Rebellion. And its a attack by feral worgen. So I think their two completely different conflicts. - This timeline on the page seems completely backwards: "As the worgen curse started to ravage the nation, Lord Crowley was freed, and led an uprising, playing on tensions among the displaced citizens, which escalated over time, ending in a bloody civil war that left the kingdom in tatters." From what is said in game, I think the proper order is Wall closes -> Crowley agitates against Greymane -> Northgate Rebellion (Civil War) -> Crowley loses, gets imprisoned -> worgen appear -> Crowley freed - Lithmir
Splitting this article into two articles.[]
I think we should split this article into two articles. One of them should be called the Fall of Gilneas City and that article should be about how Gilneas City fell to the Bloodfang Worgen. And we should create another article called Northgate Rebellion which should be about Crowelys rebellion against Genn Greymane. Rimor Conscientia (talk) 20:47, September 11, 2010 (UTC)
