Cleanup 04/24/2007[]

The article was getting large and cluttered with redundant anecdotes restating the exact same strategies with little tweaks to them. I did my best to summarize these strategies in some main points, and left the notes alone. --Poposhka 17:21, 24 April 2007 (EDT)

Actually i went ahead and slimmed down the Tips and Tricks section, the paragraphs were really wordy. --Poposhka 17:31, 24 April 2007 (EDT)

Voidwalker explosion range[]

Is it really only 10 yards? I'm pretty sure that it is much longer than area that is covered by rain of fire - when I, as tank, run after a teleport to the south and stay well away from platform, rain of fire and book floating before it I, and as I noticed everyone else in party, is still getting hit by explosion of voidwalkers that happened to be close to teleport point at the moment. --Rowaasr13 07:31, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

As a tank one of my main goals is to avoid causing these explosions but I'm pretty sure they are more than 10 yard range. I will have to pay more attention next time I go in there! Kollins 13:49, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

References to "Root"[]

I have seen references in this article to rooting the voidwalkers and it appears that some of these references have been taken out. While it is true that the Druid spell, "Root" can not be cast indoors, it is common to refer to any movement stopping effect as a "root" including frost nova and the like. Rather than removing references to the word root, it would probably be better to modify them to something like, "root (frost nova, banish, etc)." I know I usually refer to these effects by generic terms such as root or stun or mortal strike rather than by the exact spell that cause it like frost nova, hammer of nub or black cleave.
