"Without the glyph, Molten Armor converts 35% of your total Spirit into Critical Rating. With the Glyph of Molten Armor, 50% of your Spirit is converted." If the glyph adds 20%, wouldn't it be 35+20=55%? And also, what's the difference between the three ranks? I don't see any difference whatsoever.
