Tally Zapnabber is a level 68 quest giver located at Toshley's Station in the contested territory of Blade's Edge Mountains. He gives quests to Alliance players allowing them to test out his Zephyrium Capacitorium. He has made two clones of himself - Rally Zapnabber, also at Toshley's Station, who he calls his "twin", and O'Mally Zapnabber, at Evergrove, who is known as Tally's "other twin".
