Targorr the Dread is a level 24 elite orc mini-boss located in the Stormwind Stockade. He dual wields and combined with thrash (which grants two extra attacks) can he do rather impressive damage quickly.
Background[]
Targorr the Dread served the Blackrock orcs under Gath'Ilzogg as supreme Executioner. His methods were ruthless, even by orcish standards. Men who fought bravely to defend the Kingdom were tortured on his whim. Targorr was captured and sent to the Stockade, however due to the corrupt and inefficient legal system he was not executed as his actions so richly deserved. During the uprising in the Stockade, the ruthless orc fell in line with the Defias rioters. Guard Berton of Lakeshire wants Targorr's head.

Tactic[]
You do not need to worry about pulling him when pulling the trash in his room, he will not join. Just let the tank grab him and DPS him down.
