Admiral Tarlen Aubrey is a level 35 elite human quest giver found in Northwatch Hold
[69, 49]in the Southern Barrens. He is located on a tower near the southern end of the Hold. He appears to be the leader of Northwatch Hold, having replaced Captain Fairmount.
