Temple of Elune

The Temple of Elune can be found in the center of Val'sharah on the Broken Isles. Most of the waterways, including those connected to the Grove of Cenarius in the south, pass through this area. Andu'Talah can be found to the east and Black Rook Hold to the west.

The Temple of Elune, also known as the Temple of the Moon, was the name of the main temple dedicated to Elune before the War of the Ancients. It was located in Suramar prior to its destruction.

Much later, Aegwynn would inter the remains of the Avatar of Sargeras in its ruins, causing the location to become as it is currently known, the Tomb of Sargeras.^{[citation needed]}

The roofless center section of the temple of Elune was called the Chamber of the Moon. The circular stone path leading to the dais in the center of the room was a mosaic pattern outlining the yearly cycles of the moon. The Chamber was rectangular and filled with night-blooming flowers.
