Thalorien Dawnseeker was a high elf who gained fame for wielding the blade Quel'Delar. He was also a good friend of Lana'thel, who took up Quel'Delar before his death and carried it to Northrend in the service of Prince Kael'thas. During the war against the Scourge, he was part of the defense unit that guarded the Sunwell against the Scourge invasion of Quel'Thalas until he fell in battle against the death knight Morlen Coldgrip. His corpse remains where he fell, on the southern tip of the Dead Scar on the Isle of Quel'Danas.[1]
