Time Warp is a core mage ability learned at level 84. It is identical in application to Bloodlust and Heroism, and the Temporal Displacement de-buff it applies prevents the benefits of both Time Warp and Bloodlust/Heroism in the same way the Sated/Exhausted de-buff does.
