Tock Sprysprocket is a peculiar gnome working against the strange creatures lurking in the radiated areas of New Tinkertown. His interesting theory that the toxic sludges in the area are surviving remnants of gnomes has sparked talk throughout New Tinkertown. He continues his work on the matter, and has earned respect from fellow gnomes.
