Tushui Monks are the guardians of the Cave of Meditation

on the Wandering Isle. They help hold off the attack by the forest sprites while Aysa Cloudsinger is meditating during The Way of the Tushui. They are also later encountered while training within the Singing Pools

atop balance poles. Players spar against them. A lone Tushui Monk can also be found sitting at the dock in Morning Breeze Village, seeming to watch Aysa as she meditates.
