The Tuurem are a group of hostile Lost Ones that have allied themselves with the Wrekt which are allied with the Firewing blood elves.

The city of Tuurem has been overrun with crazed Broken and Lost Ones.[1]
Many draenei remaining in Outland had begin to search for allies of their own. Vindicator Idaar wants to know what has become of his city of Tuurem and hopes to persuade the inhabitants to join Velen, who is searching for allies.[2]

- An unreleased quest says that the Wrekt are the masters of the Tuurem. And that they wander the ruins, searching for surviving scraps of anything made by the draenei.[3]
