The Twin Ogron (Pol and Phemos) are two hulking Ogron brutes who together make up the first mandatory boss encounter within the Arcane Sanctum wing of Highmaul. Although both Ogron are separate Mobs and must be simultaneously dealt with in their own unique way, they share a health pool and loot-table and are thus considered as a single encounter.
From the Dungeon Journal: "Guarding the entrance to the Gorthenon atop Highmaul, Pol and Phemos are the personal guard of Imperator Mar'gok. Peerless in strength and determination, what these ogron brothers lack in intelligence, they make up for with sheer size and brute force. "
