An Ultimate Battle Training Stone is a consumable item that can be used to instantly bring any battle pet to max level. When they were first introduced, each character could only obtain one, through the completion of the quest, Unearthed Magic, in the Garrison Menagerie in Draenor. With the Legion expansion, however, new ways to obtain these have been added in the game. They also can now be purchased for 45 Pet Charms from Serr'ah and Lio the Lioness in the Garrison Menagerie, and Serr'ah and Lio the Lioness in Dalaran in the Broken Isles, during a Pet Battle Bonus Event.
