The site has moved

The site has not moved. There was a fork, and most of the contributors of note went to Wowpedia.org. There's also a notice at the top of the site indicating this. I deleted the forum post you created. You're welcome to remain here, or go to wowpedia, or contribute at both sites, or contribute at neither, whichever you wish. --Kris talk 12:13, November 26, 2010 (UTC)

That's disingenuous at best. Look at the recent changes on Wowpedia and versus WoWWiki. The latter is just copy-pastes of existing articles from Wowpedia or users like myself who have no clue. There is no notice at the top of the site. It is located at Special:WikiActivity and on the side bar. You are doing a disservice to users by keeping this copy open. Your Recent Edits

I've removed your recent edits to a few member's talk pages about the Wowpedia move. This is because, as per wikia staff discussing with former admins of the site, it is considered spam. It is also suspect since this is a new account that immediately began doing that. Just preventing any more bad blood between sites like we had when Gourra vandalized.

I hate Oasis with a passion and believe wikia earned this deathnote to their biggest site, but I believe that Wowpedia has some great editors who will be able to get the traffic up over there without spamming or being rude to their former home here. So lets just let bygones be bygones and we can all sit back and watch as this site withers away. No need for spam.

Sannse if you read this, Oasis is horrible. A user shouldn't have to find the edit button by using a scroll down when they're on a wiki. This isn't facebook. HooperBandP (talk) 19:33, November 26, 2010 (UTC)
