was the seat of the orcish warchief, Thrall. He resided in Grommash Hold along with the Orgrimmar shaman and paladin trainers. The valley was also home to a few vendors and quest givers, and was also home to the remains of the pit lord Mannoroth.

With the remodeling of Orgrimmar, Grommash Hold was moved to the Valley of Strength, leaving the Valley of Wisdom to be redesigned as the tauren district. It connects to the Drag in the east and the Cleft of Shadow and Valley of Strength to the south. It apparently no longer contains the remains of Mannoroth. Like most of the districts of Orgrimmar, it contains access to an inn, banker, and auction house.
