Vasilii is crypt fiend of the Scourge. Vasilii, like all crypt fiends, is a gruesome creature with a spider-like face, a humanoid torso, and an arachnid abdomen. His form is bound with complex layers of bandages and wrappings. He knows the languages Common and Orcish.[1]
