Viktori Prism'Antras is a level 28 quest giver NPC located in the town of Darkshire, in the Alliance-aligned zone of Duskwood. His house is on the right side of the path going up the hill to the town's flight master. He is an aspiring astronomer trying to build a device that will allow him a closer look at the stars, using blueprints made by his friend Cog Glitzspinner.
