Volunteer Guard Day

Volunteer Guard Day is a micro-holiday introduced with Patch 7.1.5 that takes place on April 28.

Players are expected to be able to take on the appearance and "role" of their faction city's guard via using the /salute emote.^{[citation needed]} Once performed, they will don the appearance of the guard. Patrolling the city will reveal various mobs and NPCs they need to defeat.^{[citation needed]}
