Wisdom of the Four Winds is a spell that is taught by Pandaria riding trainers for 2500. It enables players to use their flying mounts in Pandaria. Druids will require this to use their [Flight Form]/[Swift Flight Form], too. Players have to be level 85 and have expert  [Riding] to train this ability.

NOTE: As of Patch 7.3.5, this ability and item are no longer needed for flying in Pandaria.
