Zandalar trolls are the progenitor race from which other trolls came.[1](MG 138) They are just as large and strong as ice trolls. Zandalari are not jungle trolls,[1](MG 138) in that they are separate from Gurubashi trolls. The Zandalar tribe is the only known tribe to include Zandalar trolls. The tribe is lead by a jungle troll, Rastakhan.[2](DF 167) Zandalar trolls average eight feet in height and are significantly larger than all other trolls with the exception of the Drakkari in Northrend.[2](DF 166)
