Zarcsin is one of the several possible demons that can be summoned when inserting 35 Apexis Shards in to a Fel Crystal Prism found at either Demon Forge Camps on Blade's Edge Terrace. He is mostly a tank and spank, does a fire cone AoE called Fel Flames that hits the tank for roughly 700 damage every second for 3 or 4 seconds, so keep him faced away from casters/DPS/healer, enrages at 50%, easy fight for the most part.
