Zephyr is a Keepers of Time representative, in high elf guise, located in the World's End Tavern of Shattrath City. She offers a teleport to the Caverns of Time in Tanaris to players with revered Keepers of Time reputation.
She seems to enjoy the occasional beverage while at the Tavern.

- Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Inlinegfx/img_link_data.json' not found. Patch 2.4.0 (25-Mar-2008): A representative of the Keepers of Time has been spotted at the World's End Tavern in Shattrath. Players in good standing with the faction will be granted ease of passage to the Caverns of Time.
